Our Story

"We founded Asset Match in 2011 following an investment Stuart found himself locked into and without any opportunity to exit once the EIS scheme had run its course.

We quickly realised that there are many shareholders in this situation - we estimate that about £300bn of capital is locked up in private companies. With Asset Match we are providing a secondary market for this asset class. Listing on the platform incurs a fraction of the charges of listing on AIM. For investors, it offers a way into exciting, quality UK company investments."
