Thistle Pub Company II plc ("TPC II" or the "Company") is a successful owner of public houses with an estate of four freehold pubs across Scotland. The Company was launched under the Enterprise Investment Scheme in 2004.
The Company’s pubs have been managed by Maclays Inns Limited since inception but, following a recent tendering process at the end of their current contract, it has been decided to award the management to LT Management Limited, which has around 1,000 pubs under its control, with effect from 6 July 2014.

Thistle Pub Company II plc was admitted to trading on Asset Match on 9 July 2014 at a price of 50 pence per share.
Auction's in the company's shares are held semi-annually, and close at 4pm on the second last Thursday in the months of March and September (unless stated otherwise).
