3. What information do we collect?
This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms either on our Website or offline, and/or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you register to use our site, use any service of AM or report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.
With regard to each of your visits to our Website, we may automatically collect the following information:
a) Technical information, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. b) Information about your visit including, for analytical purposes, using the Google Analytics service which collects information such as how often and what pages you visit on the Website and what other sites you used prior to coming to our Website. c) Information about your visit including, for analytical purposes, using the Lead Forensics services which collects information such as how often and what pages you visit on the Website. This information is collected at a Business level rather than at an Individual level.

Third parties who provide services on our behalf. For example, we use Campaign Monitor and Send Grid to provide marketing automation services. 6. How does Asset Match ensure that all your information is protected?
When you access your account information you are linked to a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by data protection legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. We hold this data for as long as is reasonably necessary.
Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you. We will make a sincere effort to respond in a timely manner to your request to correct inaccuracies in your personal information. To correct inaccuracies in your personal information please return the message containing the inaccuracies to the sender with details of the correction requested.
Asset Match does not disclose any personal information that it collects from website visitors or registered users to outside parties.
We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

As mentioned above, we use the Google Analytics service which collects information about your visit to our Website. Google Analytics places a cookie, which is only accessible by Google, on your computer to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit the Website.
In addition, we use the Lead Forensics service which collects information about your visit to our Website. It works on the basis of reverse business IP tracking. A small tracking code has been placed on our site which allows us to identify the business IP addresses of our Website visitors. This business IP address is in turn is matched by Lead Forensics to a wholly owned global database of businesses and business information.
