He is currently a non-executive director and strategic advisor to eight companies in the Talent Management and Recruitment sector. John was a founder and has been a Non-executive Director since March 2005, becoming Chairman in April 2014.

Ben is a chartered accountant and prior to joining Rethink was the Chief Financial Officer at Norman Broadbent plc (AIM:NBB), an executive search group headquartered in London with operations around the world. Peter has over 30 years’ experience in advising directors and companies. He founded the law firm Memery Crystal, which specialises in matters relating to listed companies and advising on floatation’s, takeovers, mergers and other corporate finance activities. Peter is a graduate of Oxford and McGill Universities as well as being a former Law Society examiner, Chairman and Director of several companies. He also lectures on corporate finance and corporate governance issues.

Graeme Paxton Executive Director, RTM Division

Graeme is responsible for the vision, strategy and leadership of RTM. He has worked within the recruitment industry since 2001 when he joined SThree after completing an English literature degree at Cambridge University. At SThree Graeme became the number 1 contract biller in the company and was subsequently appointed MD of 3 of the group brands. In 2008 Graeme left SThree to set up his own business in recruitment process outsourcing and consulting – the Consort Group. This business was established to help organisations recruit better and take talent acquisition seriously. After 7 successful years of growth the Consort Group was sold to Rethink Group in April 2015. The purchase was funded by BGF (Business Growth Fund) and marked a real desire from both Graeme and Rethink to create a tangible presence in the RPO market - RTM.

   
Farooq

Farooq Mohammed Executive Director, Digital Gurus

Farooq has worked in recruitment for over 10 years. He was one of the original founders of Digital Gurus, starting the business in a spare room also used as a television repair workshop. Digital Gurus grew rapidly to become a multimillion turnover business with offices in London, Dubai and Australia. In 2016 Digital Gurus became part of the Rethink family and added a Manchester office in 2017. Farooq has a background that encompasses more than just recruitment, having worked in both private and public sector organisations. He joined the Group Board in 2017.

   
Rob

Rob O'Callaghan Executive Director, Rethink On-Demand

Rob has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment since graduating with a degree in economics and working part time playing and coaching sports. Rob enjoyed a successful period at Adecco working in business development, account management and L&D before moving to The Pertemps Group (ITRN), leading the IT contract and interim markets divisions. Prior to joining Rethink Group he spent 5 years at Monarch heading their IT contracts business and building the specialist government division. Rob heads up the Group’s on-demand Rethink Recruitment business and is board sponsor and key relationship owner for a number of our large managed service contract customers. Rob is fanatical about sport, food, family, current affairs and having fun.

John Zafar Non-Executive Director

John is a chartered management accountant and he joined the Rethink Group as Non-Executive Director in March 2017. He is currently CEO of Celsus Group, a leading healthcare and locum provider. John also serves as non-executive director to two other recruitment businesses. He brings over thirty years of experience in the recruitment sector, across a wide variety of markets and he works alongside private equity investors such as the Business Growth Fund, where John is an advisor on recruitment sector investments.

   
Jane

Jane Vinson Non-Executive Director

Jane joined the Business Growth Fund in 2016 to support BGF’s growing investment portfolio in the South of England. Jane has twenty years of portfolio experience having started her career at NatWest Ventures, which became Bridgepoint Capital and latterly at Octopus Investments. Jane sits on a number of Boards and been involved in nearly 100 exit events for companies across a number of industries. Jane joined the Rethink Board in June 2017.
